Holistic Minds Psychiatry provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services, which may include medication management and supportive therapy, as clinically appropriate.
Clinical Nature of Services: Services provided are psychiatric and mental health services delivered by a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Eligibility: Services are available to individuals 18 years and older unless otherwise specified.
Provider–Patient Relationship: A provider–patient relationship is established only after completion of required intake documentation, consent forms, and formal acceptance into care. Use of this website alone does not establish such a relationship.
Holistic Minds Psychiatry does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or thoughts of harm to yourself or others, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
We offer both in-person appointments and secure telehealth sessions.
By choosing telehealth services, you acknowledge:
Telehealth carries certain risks, including potential technical interruptions.
You are responsible for ensuring a private and secure location during sessions.
Telehealth services are provided in compliance with applicable New York State and federal regulations.
Fees for services will be disclosed prior to scheduling.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee if not canceled within the required notice period.
Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, copayments, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.
